Membership Benefits
Here are just a few perks when you join one of our membership clubs:
Our VIP Club will consist of 6 perks, Elite Club will consist of 11 perks, and Exclusive Society will consist of 14 perks. Below is a taste of what you will be getting.
Pen and Pencil will offer at all 3 levels of memberships a discount for you when joining
a well known international fitness club.
Pen and Pencil 3 on staff chefs will offer meals on every Wednesday thru Saturday for both our Elite Club Members and Exclusive Society Members.
Pen and Pencil will offer travel perks to our Elite Club. Members and details of this will be provided upon approval notice of application.
Pen and Pencil Membership Program Details
* Membership fee shall be charged monthly no contract
* Benefits for each member are issued per monthly payment with credit or debit card
* Membership fee will be charged every 1st and 15th of each month per calendar year
* Member will receive a private passcode, app, or qr code to enter assigned member’s
section and cigar room
* Membership may be purchased as a gift for another individual and simply enter their
information of that individual on the membership form
* Membership can be paid in advance for 3,6,or 9 months out of the calendar year with a
10% discount
* Membership fee must be paid every 1st or 15th of each month and if not paid immediately
member will not be allowed to enter into clubs or cigar room
Pen and Pencil Terms and Conditions
* Pen and Pencil Members must be 25 years of age
* Members must present photo identification when requested by Pen and Pencil team or staff
* Membership is for paid listed individuals only
* In order to maintain the exclusivity of the Pen and Pencil Members room it is limited to Pen
and Pencil paid membership only
* If a guest wants to enter a member only room they must pay a $100 fee for the Elite Club
and a $150 fee for the Exclusive Society Club
* Exclusive reservation of the Elite Club is $3000 not including food and the Exclusive Society
Society Club is $5000 including food. All reservations must be booked in advance and will be
given a 3 hour time block
* Membership card must be presented before entering members only room and cigar room
